1. Introduction
Welcome to PISTER Invoice, an app for recording sales, managing inventory, invoicing, and payroll, designed to help businesses manage their day-to-day operations efficiently. By using PISTER Invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of the platform.
2. Account registration
To use PISTER Invoice, you must register for an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. User conduct
You agree to use PISTER Invoice only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities

5. Payment terms
PISTER Invoice offers various pricing plans. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases where PISTER Invoice fails to provide the agreed-upon services.
6. Data security
PISTER Invoice takes reasonable measures to protect user data. However, you acknowledge that no security measures can guarantee complete security.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement without written notice. PISTER Invoice reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these Terms of Use.
8. Disclaimer
PISTER Invoice is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
In no event shall PISTER Invoice be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
11. Changes to terms
